WHAT IS SHOTS UP AAU BASKETBALL?

The Shots Up AAU is a year around basketball program that provides playing opportunities for Boys and Girls in 4th grade through 12th grade, if the 12th grader is no older than 17 on or before August 31. Grade Policy: An athlete who is in the 11th grade as of the current school year and who is no older than 18 on or before August 31 is eligible to compete in the 17U/11th Grade division.

 

The program is looking for committed Coaches and Players for our Spring/Summer AAU Season. Please contact Shots Up AAU Basketball Commissioner, Chris Woodhall at shotsup.net@gmail.com.

SHOTS UP AAU MISSION

To provide boys and girls an opportunity for continued personal development through skill training, tournament participation, and qualified experienced coaching.

Boys and Girls in the 4th grade through 12th grade (per guidance above).

  • Spring/Summer Season: March-July
  • Fall Season: September-November
  • Winter Season: December-February

After tryouts, if you have been selected for team placement, an email with be sent by the Coach and you must respond within 24 hours that you accept the offer. Your Coach will send you the links to complete registration and to pay the $100 deposit, which is deducted from your total team fees; followed-up by your practice schedule, which will begin the first full week of March.

The Shots Up AAU Program is $305 per player. The package fees include:

  • Registration, shared team cost fees, practice space (twice a week), (2) basketball training sessions with a trainer, (2) offsite agility, conditioning, and strength training sessions, and participation in (3) Shots Up tournaments included; additional Shots Up tournaments are discounted at 50% off per tournament.

Additional Fees Include:

  • Additional Tournament Fees: TBD by the Coach
  • Shots Up Uniform (with Shooting Shirt) Fees: $125

High School Boys – 03:15 to – 04:45 PM

After tryouts, if you have been selected for team placement, the Coach will contact you directly via email or phone to offer you a position on the team within 48 hours. If you accept the offer, you will receive the links from your Coach (or the Shots Up Commissioner) to complete registration and option of payment of the team fees; followed-up by the practice schedule, which will begin the first full week of March for high schoolers and last week in February for the elementary and middle school teams.

The Shots Up AAU Program is $350 per player. The package fees include:

  • Registration, shared team cost fees, practice space (twice a week), and participation in Shots Up tournaments.

Additional Fees Include:

  • Tournament Fees: Determined by the tournament schedule.
  • Shots Up Uniform (with Shooting Shirt) Fees: $125
